Guide to Booking an Appointment Using the Appointment Link

Overview :

Patients can directly book appointments using the booking link shared by the clinic. This reduces the need for front desk staff to manually register patients and schedule appointments, saving time and making the booking process quicker for both doctors and clinic staff.

Steps to Book an Appointment:

Step 1: Share the appointment booking link with the patient via WhatsApp, QR code, or any other method.

Step 2: Once the patient opens the link, they will be redirected to the doctor’s profile page.

Step 3: Next, the patient selects the required service and an available time slot.

If the doctor has multiple clinics, the patient needs to select the preferred clinic.

Step 4: Click on Login / Sign Up to proceed with the booking.

Step 5: Enter the required patient details and confirm the appointment.

Step 6: Once completed, the appointment will be successfully booked.

Important Notes:

After the appointment is booked, it will automatically appear under the Booked section in the Queue on the EkaDoc app.

If multiple clinics or services are available, the patient must select the appropriate option before choosing the slot.
