How to Create Appointment-Specific Custom Sections in My OPD Queue ?

Step 1: Click on the Queue option from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Click on the + icon from the right column header.

Step 3: Enter the custom section name.

Step 4: Under Appointment Channels, select the required channel.

Step 5: In this example, Follow-ups is selected.

Step 6: Click on Save to create the custom view.

Step 7: Upon successful creation, the custom section will appear under the right column header.

Step 8: All follow-up appointments will be displayed in this section.

Step 9: Follow-ups are created when the doctor enters follow-up days in the Follow-up section of the prescription pad.

Step 10: Change the date to view follow-up appointments for that day.

Step 11: Follow-up appointments can be viewed in both columns. Click on Follow-ups from the right column header.

Step 12: A list of all follow-up appointments will be displayed.
