How To Enter Vitals & Labs Prior to Consultation ?

The Vitals & Labs feature allows clinic staff to record important patient health information before the doctor begins the consultation. This ensures the doctor has all necessary medical details such as vitals and lab results readily available during the consultation.


Description


Before starting the consultation, staff can enter the patient’s vitals and lab details from the patient queue or patient profile. Information such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight, and lab test results can be added to the patient’s record. Recording these details in advance helps the doctor review the patient’s condition quickly, improves consultation efficiency, and ensures accurate medical documentation.


Step 1: After patient check-in, go to My OPD, click on the More option (⋯).






Step 2: Select Add Vitals & Lab Results





Alternate path: If the patient is under the Booked section, click on the More option (⋯)





Select Add Vitals & Lab Results.






Step 3: Enter the required vitals and lab values, then click Submit.






Step 4: Once submitted, the doctor will be able to view the entered vitals and lab results when starting the consultation.




Entering Vitals and Lab details prior to consultation helps the doctor review important patient health information in advance. This improves consultation efficiency, supports better clinical decisions, and ensures accurate documentation of the patient’s medical records in the system.
