How to upload Medical records : (Multiple sections)

There are 5 ways to upload patient medical records


From the "My OPD" queue


Step 1.1 - Under the "My OPD" queue, choose the patient for whom you want to upload the medical records, and then select the "Upload Medical Records" button.


Step 1.2 - Select one or more files and click on open.


Step 1.3 - Select "Report Type", "Investigation Date", and "Report Tags" (if any).

To delete a specific file, click "Delete File".

If there is more than one file, repeat the same step for each file.

To upload additional files, click "Upload Another Record".


Step 1.4 - Click "Save" to save the selected files.


From the "Completed" queue


Step 2.1 - Under the "Completed" queue, choose the patient for whom you want to upload the medical records, and then select the "Upload Medical Records" button.



Step 2.2 - Then, please follow the same steps as Step 1.2, Step 1.3, and Step 1.4.


From the "Patients" page


Step 3.1 - Click on "Patients" from the sidebar. From the patients list, click the three vertical dots next to "Start Visit" or "Resume Visit".




Step 3.2 - From the dropdown, select "Add Medical Records" option.




Step 3.3 - Then, please follow the same steps as Step 1.2, Step 1.3, and Step 1.4.


From the patients profile page


Step 4.1 - Click on "Patients" from the sidebar. From the patients list, click on the patient name to open their profile.




Step 4.2 - Select "Medical Records" from the options, and then click the "Upload" button at the top right corner.




Step 4.3 - Then, please follow the same steps as Step 1.2, Step 1.3, and Step 1.4.


From the "Booked" Appointment section


Step 5.1 - Under the "Queue", click on the "Booked" option next to "+New", then click on the 3 horizontal dots.




Step 5.2 - Click on "Upload Medical Reports"




Step 5.3 - Then, please follow the same steps as Step 1.2, Step 1.3, and Step 1.4.
