Overview

This guide explains how to enable and manage additional patient information fields beyond the default details in the patient registration form.


Steps to Enable Custom Fields


Step 1: Go to My Account (bottom-left corner of the screen).




Step 2: From the side panel, select Utility → Click on Patient Attribute Management.




Step 3: Under the Patient Form section, enable the required fields.




Step 4: Once enabled, these fields will appear while registering a new patient.




Note: The enabled fields will be visible during new patient registration.
