Enable or Disable Multiple Appointments for the Same Patient in a Day

Overview:

This setting allows clinics to enable or disable booking multiple appointments for the same patient on the same day. It is useful when patients need follow-ups, procedures, or multiple consultations in a single day.

Steps to Enable or Disable the Option:

Step 1: Go to My Profile section on the top-right of your screen.

Scroll down to Settings & Preferences.

Step 2: Navigate to Queue Configuration.

Step 4: Toggle “Allow Multiple Appointments for the Same Patient in a Day.” and Save.

Once enabled, staff and doctors can book multiple appointments for the same patient on the same day. If disabled, only one appointment per patient will be allowed per day.

Important Note:

Enable this option if your clinic needs to book more than one appointment for the same patient on the same day.
