Enable or Disable Slot Overbooking

Overview:

This setting allows clinics to enable or disable slot overbooking, letting staff book more appointments even when a time slot has already reached its limit.

Steps to Enable or Disable the Option:

Step 1: Go to My Profile.

Scroll down to Settings & Preferences.

Step 3: Navigate to Queue Configuration.

Step 4: Enable or disable “Allow Slot Overbooking.”

Once enabled, staff can book appointments even if the slot has already reached its limit. If disabled, appointments can only be booked within the available slot capacity.

Step 5: Click on the ⚙️ Settings icon next to Allow Slot Overbooking to set the maximum number of patients that can be booked in a single time slot.

Step 6: In the Slot Booking Limit window, select the number of patients allowed per slot for the doctor.

Save the changes.

Once configured, the system will allow additional appointments in a time slot based on the selected overbooking limit.

Important Note:

Enable this option only if your clinic allows additional appointments beyond the scheduled slot capacity.
