How to Add an Alternative Login ?

Enable an Alternate Login Method in Your Eka Care Account


Overview

This article explains how to enable an alternate login method for your Eka Care account.


You can enable alternate login methods such as mobile number, email, username & password, or Google to access your account easily and avoid login issues.


Step 1: Click My Account located at the bottom-left corner of the screen.




Step 2: From the left-hand menu, click Utilities.


  • Under Utilities, click on Add Alternate Login.




Step 3: Select the preferred login option you want to enable:


  • Login with Mobile – Enter your mobile number and verify using the OTP sent to your phone.
  • Login with Email – Enter your email address and verify using the OTP sent to your email.
  • Login with Google – Select your Google account and complete authentication.
  • Username & Password – Create and confirm your username and password.
  • Login with Apple – Sign in using your Apple ID credentials and complete authentication



Step 4: Complete the verification process (OTP or authentication prompt, if applicable).




Step 5: Enter the OTP received to complete verification.




Step 6: Once verification is successful, the selected method will be enabled for future logins.




Important Notes


  • If OTP-based login is selected, verification will be required during login.
  • Multiple login methods can be enabled for the same account.
