How to create tags ?
Create Tags in Your Eka Care Account
Overview
Tags help you identify, categorize, and manage bookings more efficiently. This guide explains how to create new tags in your system.
Steps to Create Tags
- This will open Hub Access in a new tab.



- Code: Enter your preferred tag code or number.
- Display Name: Enter the name you want displayed for the tag.
- Custom Attribute: Select Tags : Multi-select.
- Click Save.

- After saving, you will see your newly created tags displayed as shown in the reference image -

- The newly created tag will be available for selection while managing bookings.
- The selected tag will also appear in the consultation view, as shown below.

Troubleshooting
Tag not visible while booking?
- Refresh the page and check again.
- Log out and log back in if the tag still does not appear.
- Confirm the tag was saved successfully in Utilities > Custom Attribute Value.
